Our family took part in the baseball fundraiser tonight at Chatfield/Kipling. Such fun! It was very heart-warming to have a place where the community can come together and support each other like this. The food was great, the staff were so friendly and worked so hard, and they made it a truly fun and happy place to be!

This place shouldn’t even call itself a Garlic Knot. Nothing we ordered (veggie calzone, stromboli, garlic knots, mozzarella sticks) had anything resembling a hint of flavor on them. I don’t think the calzone was even cooked all the way based on what the bottom of it looked like. Everything fell out of the bottom of it and the dough looked like it wasn’t cooked all the way through. This is a terrible establishment.

I didn’t even know garlic knot could this terrible. No sauce, wayyyy to much cheese, always so greasyy at the bottom that if you take it home, the grease would turn cold and make your pizza stick to the box and rip. I’ve had my order remade and specifically explained what was wrong with my last one, and instructed them on how to make the new one. Turned out exactly the same as last time. The dumb chick even said okay she’ll tell the person that made it. Never eating here again, no work ethic, no respect for the customers and terrible service.

This used to be our go-to pizza place when we lived close by so it was a no brainer to eat here when we were close by We expected to have to wait because it was a Friday night and it’s Garlic Knot. Nope. That should have been our 1st clue. We were ignored by the girl at the counter. We waited a few minutes for her to acknowledge our presence and she didn’t. She did, however, acknowledge someone else who walked in later, so that was cool. That explains the service we received the whole night. The garlic knots, which usually come out oozing garlic, had not even a hint of it. The pizza was bland at best. Not sure what happened to this once delicious, friendly establishment, but we won’t be back.

I just like their pizza. I did find it was usually too greasy for what I liked and then learned I could ask for it well done. I love it even more!

The food is great however the service left alot to be desired today. This is the 3rd time in the past year I have had to return to get the rest of my order. It’s not even that part of it was not given to me…its the attitude of the employees. Rude and condescending. The manager seemed to value the approval of the employees more than he valued me as a customer. Typically an apology is offered and that was not the case. Will I order from Garlic Knot in the future? Yes…we love the food. But as I was “told” to do I will open the bags and inspect the contents and then they can re-bag the order!

Oh wee! Best pizza around. Homemade ranch, garlic knots to die for (with plenty of melted cheese on top) hose salad always fresh. Will be back for more!

The pizza was very greasy and the toppings were chopped so small that the meat was grainy. It was served fast and staff was great. We won’t be coming back though.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza online and they just brought a cheese. So my wife calls to tell them and they tell her no she didn’t and that she could go pick one up if we pay for their mistake. Definitely not recommended!
