Tried to go for lunch at 11:15 am and was told it’s closed. Honestly probably a blessing as order is usually wrong and cold. Never get fries at this location, they will be cold, soggy, and saltless. Ice cream machine is never available. Specialty coffees at this specific location always make me sick. Honestly this place just needs to be shut down.

I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes, received my drink, was told to pull forward to wait for my pie that wasn’t ready. Waited another 10 minutes while 4 or 5 vehicles received their food. I had to leave and was late getting back to work. I paid and didn’t get any food. This place is terrible.

We got there, got our food. We had to ask for our drinks plus ranch for 40 nuggets that was in the order. Then we got home and I went to go open up my sandwich which I got a bacon ranch McCrispy BUT I guess I didnt get any Bacon on my sandwich after I got home to finally eat it. I understand how busy you can be but can you make sure the meal and order is complete before giving out the food.
