When this Dunkin opened, the employees were friendly and helpful. This is the second time in a row where they asked me to pull up to the second window and forgot I was there. About 20 minutes to get a sandwich and not even the one I ordered. I have 2 recommendations if you come here. Either go in, or DO NOT pull forward. I finally called the store to tell them I was still in line. Only one other customer in line so they were not busy.

This was my first time going to Duncan Donuts and I was not impressed at all. Their “frozen drink” machine was out of order and the staff were not helpful at all. They were slow, not friendly at all, it was like pulling teeth to get them to even acknowledge my presence at the counter. Like I said this was my first time there, maybe it was just a bad day for them, I’m willing to give it another chance… sometime, but I will not go out of my way to do so. With that being said, I do not recommend this place based on my experience.

The troll up front..Jessica is a rude short ugly goblin.. threw my 2 chocolate donuts in a bag upside down…and smeared everywhere..i asked why not in a box like ive had 4 times before..was told.. THAT IS NOT OUR POLICY..not your policy?? To put food in a proper container? She was an extremely rude and nasty person… waste of time going there..

this is by far the worst dunkin’ i’ve ever been to. i come by every once in a while to see if the service is any better, and it never is. food is almost always wrong and today i sat at the second window for 20 minutes waiting on my sandwich even though we were the only people in the drive thru for the majority of that time. ended up calling the store to remind them that we were there after 15 minutes and they said they would “get started on it”… waited five more minutes and then they finally brought out the sandwich, got home and it wasnt even the right kind. hopefully the new dunkin’ in town will be better than this one.

I came into you establishment at 7:08 pm. First no one greets me or my son. Next everything looks like they are closed. I then ask if they had sny doughnuts she respind no. I then ask if they were open and she responded yes. So how is it your open you doughnut on the menu but have none to sale to anyone. That is ridiculous and you suck.
