The manager here or shift supervisor is incredibly rude. The team seemed disorganized and was raising her voice at employees. My brother asked to use the restroom (locked and needs a key) and rudely asked if we were buying something, as I’m in line to order. Totally get it but say it better and don’t suck, we are all human. Ordered a promotional item (classic wrap) not only did I receive the wrong wrap but they used rotting lettuce in the wrap. I still remember the days when jack in the box had made a lot of people sick. They make everything when it is ordered now because of it….yet here we are with questionable lettuce on a promotional item that is new. This needs to be a training lesson for the employees and manager. Food waste is not always a bad thing to record and throw away. Serve your client well and they will keep coming back.
