Ordered online on my app around 830am. Arrive at 845am, no one’s there to take my order. I leave and come back after class as I get released at 1140am. They decline to fulfill my order. Or swap it with lunch items to correct it. They tell me to place another order and that they will cancel it. I order again and they don’t cancel. Instead they set the original as fulfilled effectively denying my refund. As for my order, it was thrown in the bag not even wrapped up and all the taco meat skimped out on. Definitely isn’t the first time it’s happened at this location. But enough to put up this review. How will Taco bell make this right?

It’s not Mexican, it’s not good, and it’s poor service. They have put in those ordering kiosks which apparently means the employees can be nasty to the customers. At least 3 times while we were there the employees were rude to customers, once practically shouting at a couple who had a simple question. Most of the food looked like it was thrown together with no care at all. For those prices just go to a set down real Mexican restaurant, it may be 20% more but with larger portions, better food, and actual service.

Wow! Really want me to rate a Taco Bell?! Okay…it’s Mexican fast food. It doesn’t taste like authentic Mexican because drunk people and/or teenagers wouldn’t like it. It isn’t terrible but there are people who say brussel sprouts aren’t terrible.

I live in this area and EVERY TIME we roll through there we wait over 30 minutes. 9/10 times the employees are smoking outside while we are sitting in line. If you’re going to serve subpar food that we expect at least make up for it in timeliness and customer service.

Always slow, half the time the lobby is locked, they’ll constantly tell drivers they don’t have delivery orders just so they don’t have to make them, ordered extra chicken on a quesadilla and literally got one piece of chicken in the entire thing

Respectfully, if you mess up someone’s order don’t say I have to come back at that moment or you won’t remember because you don’t have a book. We all have paper to write something down and it’s very easy to communicate it.
