Ordered online, pizza said delivered, Called and find out it was delivered to the wrong address. Go to the apartment it says it was delivered at, the guy never got the pizza. Call again and was spoken to very aggressively and rude by an employee and the manager. They finally agree to remake and deliver the pizza. The guy gets the address wrong again and is calling trying to find my apartment which is the very first building when you come in, not very hard to find it’s on the bottom floor. Then he gets to the door and says it’s $5 flat, come to find out he just wanted a $5 tip. Open the pizza and neither one has sauce on it. Terrible customer service. Terrible delivery. Gross food.

Using the mobile app and coupon for our order was very convenient. Unfortunately the app did not select the nearest Domino’s to place the order at. It was only a few miles farther. Being fairly new to area I was still able to get to pizzeria before they were finished and got them home still hot.

Best Domino’s in town. Customer service is off the charts and the team here is extremely dedicated to you having a great experience. They are fast and friendly. They fixed an issue with my pizzas twice for me either due to user error or a system malfunction and they fixed it quickly, with a smile. Would definitely recommend for a easy, hassle free and delicious meal.

So I literally order this one particular pizza EVERYTIME from this one store, I’ve already had issues in the past with one of the drivers pulling a knife on me for not letting him keep my change, but I always ask for extra hot suace well the pizza usually comes the first time with NO hot suace, so it gets sent back well like I said I always ask for extra an when it comes back a second time it’s the “normal” amount of hot suace, they are nice people on the phone but don’t understand customer service, an the guy who pulled a knife on me is still working for them an has even came back after the incident to deliver my pizza again, this store has so much opportunity but fails to come through like always.
