Not bad, walked in straight to the order here sign. Although all 3 employees were making sandwiches, no one said “hello” or “welcome in”. Which is understandable… But ya know. Anyways, waited about 7ish minutes and my Cajun chicken was ready! Very delicious and spicy! Just a bit messy and fell apart as I ate it, so gotta eat it quick! Will be back to try other sando’s.

Sandwiches are good, way better than subway. I had the veggie. Service is good. Atmosphere is good, it has a large seating area and outside seating. This particular day it was hot and there was no A/C, inside was uncomfortable, had to sit outside.

I just hit Firehouse Subs for the first time ever today to pick up an online tuna sandwich order, and MAN OH MAN!! They made it 100% correctly, including “scooping” (cutting) out all that extra inside bread just as I like, and as an unexpected added bonus, the amount of tuna they gave me was such that it overflowed from the bread. Absolutely scrumptious , I will be returning this week and from here on out – thank you to the staff at the Fremont (CA) Auto Mall store, very well done, keep up the good work!!

The location is great. It is easy to find it. The food quality is very good. The amount of meat they put was a lot for the amount of price of the sub. The sub was delicious, we ordered a Medium turkey sub with white bread. I personally like it more than subway but that is just my opinion. This place also helps the fire department and donates part of the profit to it. Highly recommended this place.

We had the medium Turkey Bacon Ranch, Turkey Jamaican Jerk, and the Hook and Ladder subs. Both were great! Their bread is really good.

So we went to Disney world in Florida and ended up eating at a firehouse subs and me and my family were hooked me on the Italian omg it’s so good!! I googled to find if there was one in the city we lived Stockton and it said there was one one west lane and hammer I was so happy well 2 weeks later we got back from vacation and sadly they were closed closed. I was so sad. Well the other day we were wanting a firehouse sub so bad we drove from Stockton all the way to fremont ca just to get a delicious sub. I ordered my food told the lady we drove all the way out there to get a sub and she said really why didnt you go to the Stockton location I said its closed she said no they reopened :”'( I was happy and sad at the same time lol. Well on the way home I was eating my sandwich and accidentally dropped the other half on the floor board I was so sad that I was like well I’ll just go buy another one later in Stockton and that’s what I did. The staff was great and the food was great too ty.

I found the subs at Firehouse Subs better than Subway. Though, there were not as many bread options – just white or wheat, it had all that I needed. The bread was very fresh as well. I had Club on a Sub built another Grilled Chicken Breast. Both were just amazing! Will definitely be coming back again.

I’d never been to this place before and the pictures looked great. I had a medium turkey sandwich- it was almost all shredded lettuce with some super thinly sliced turkey. Tasteless and almost $11. I would not recommend it and won’t be back.

My wife and I were excited to try a new sandwich shop. For about 12 bucks we got the Engineer sandwich. Upon receiving the 8-in sub, we think the sub engineers must have used a micrometer to make sure they didn’t give us an extra micro-millimeter. Extra tight tolerance for sure. I was surprised at how light it was, almost anti-gravity. the sandwich virtually floated. It reminded me of the first time I picked up a Nerf ball and how airy and light it was! The pre-packaged, bag lettuce obtained from some chopshop wasn’t brown. That was a plus. It looked like we had a decent amount of meat but we found it was the paper-thin, pre-cut, probably pressed turkey. It was very similar to the cheapest micro-sliced, nearly tasteless turkey found on the grocery store shelf. It was like a soft, easily dissolved, unidentified material soaked in a thin, weak broth of turkey parts. The wheat bun (I checked the color of the bun to make sure it was wheat because the flavor was white.) held together but the bun was incredibly fluffy. I’m confident that without the contents of the sandwich, I could have stuffed the entire bun in my mouth with a little bit of room to spare. We won’t be running back soon.
