This review is not about the food, but rather the extremely poor service by your staff. I was 2nd in line to order a 2-plate entree and somehow after plating the fried rice & chow mein, my box gets left sitting for 5 minutes. Meanwhile the staff members behind the counter start serving the next 4 customers behind me. I continue walking to the cashier and my styrofoam box just sits there at the beginning of what is now a very long line of orders. The cashier proceeds to brush me aside while she rings up the next 3 customers. I politely ask her what happened and she says that they must have forgotten about my plate and I must now wait an extra 5 minutes for chicken & string beans. This wait turns into 10 minutes and the staff members just keep blaming each other rather than apologizing to me for this mistake. This location needs training on customer service & operation protocols at busier times of the day. I don’t expect perfection, but an apology for a mistake goes a long way rather than passing off blame to your fellow co-workers.

First time visiting this location and I ordered a 2 item plate of honey walnut shrimp egg rolls and cream cheese wontons. It was only 8pm but I think they were running out of food because the portions were WAY smaller than at other branches. I got 11 shrimp total. The shrimp were a little soggy but still tasted good. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location.

Freshly prepared food and quality ingredients. For the price? It’s the best. Great food, kind and attentive staff. The restaurant dining room and outdoor patio are well maintained. It’s a busy Panda Express, but we’ll managed.

Ordered Kungpao chicken, had all vegetables and two pieces of chicken. Fried rice was not fully cooked. It seems nogales location is not doing its best to keep up the good food that Panda express can provide. Disappointed.

Worst meal I have ever gotten at Panda Express. No vegetables in the rice, clumps of rice uncooked, Angus pepper steak was tough. Went through drive- thru at 4:30pm 6-12-22. Maybe a new cook. Meals have always been good here until this one.
