MisAdventures with Cauda Equina Syndrome
Food is fairly consistent, but not always. Even with the new oven, sometimes the crust is thin and crispy, other times it’s thick and fluffy. Toppings are also hit and miss, whether you get a little or a lot. Self service drinks aren’t bad, unless you’re thirsty and sitting way down on the concrete out back. Could definitely use some new management/ staff training because sometimes they are helpful and on top of everything and other times you wait 30+ minutes just to order. And they really don’t like it when you go up to the to-go window to order when you already have a table but we really don’t like it when the 4-5 tables sat after us get their orders and service before us.

The food is awesome! They got a new oven recently and it cooks the pizza much faster and much more consistently baked. They had a game room for the kids to play in, and when we were there they even had some live music playing! It was a great time, very much recommend.

Great taste of pizza and cooking as well as ingredients. I’m a pizza chef. I love it but not visiting again for sitting. Food is not arriving at least 45 minutes and so busy place. Maybe we were unlucky but if there is no apologies then I say bad management system.

We love the pizza and eating on the deck. it’s a beautiful location right off the golf course and minutes walk from the snake river. We wish it was better staffed on busy days, but I get the location isn’t ideal for finding employees. Be prepared for over an hour wait, but it’s ultimately worth the wait. We will be back.

We waited 45 minutes just for the waitress and she told us it would be another hour wait. I understand Saturday nights are busy for any restaurant but this place was insanely chaotic and clearly managed poorly. We should have been tipped off on the quality of service when the hostess was a literal child. Our family has had poor experiences with his place as well in the past. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

We absolutely love Heise Pizza (and Golf, Pools, Zip, Camping, etc). We enjoyed their pizza so much last week that we came back again last night! Kate was so good to us. We appreciate her and her team and how well they take care of the big crowds that come often. We will be back…maybe next week?!

We got there a little early so played some pinball in their arcade. Staff was very friendly. If I had to do it again I would have ordered normal sizes of pizzas as the personal pizzas are so tiny. But I had the taco pizza and my wife had the deluxe. We look forward to trying more food at their establishment.

Seems like they lack in the management department. Everyone has no idea what is going. Ordered to go and they set the food down without saying anything. Took 10 minutes to get someone for them to give me my food. Pizza had a hard crust with a raw doey taste and feel in the middle. Been great in the past years but the last 2 years it’s been going down hill. Next year I’ll bring something to smoke on the smoker. VERY UNORGANIZED STAFF.
