I ordered food for my children husband and I. I got home and my husband had no food. I called the location and a young girl took the call. You could hear the girl that took the order in the background saying she ordered all of what she is saying. But I did not get charged for it so I should not care. I was then placed on hold and no one came back to the line. Poor customer service

I assume the AC was out because it felt just like being outside but without a breeze. The service was acceptable. Ordered 1 lemon chicken and 1 general tso both with fried rice. 1 egg roll on the side. The lemon sauce was very thin and lacked flavor. The General Tso was fine. The fried rice lacked flavor and neither of us took more than a couple of bites. Egg roll was horrible. $25 not well spent.

Your typical Chinese-to-go restaurant. Food is good and good servings. Pricing wasn’t to bad either. We did two pick your combos with orange chicken, lo mein and beef with garlic sauce. Would probably not do the beef with garlic sauce again as it was more veggies than anything else, but would definitely try it again.

The steamed dumplings were pretty good. I got the house special mei fun and it had no flavor, like there wasn’t any sauce in it. It was boring and all the noodles were chopped up into little pieces, which might not seem like a big deal, but it was disappointing. Their crab Rangoon was the worst I’ve ever had. Not nasty or anything, but only 2 or 3 stars out of 5. I never thought I’d say so, but it wasn’t sweet enough. You don’t really think of crab Rangoon as sweet until you have some that’s not sweet.

The food is great and service is fast. I have enjoyed ordering from No.1 Chinese! I love Singapore noodle! I have ordered it four times this year. It has been way too hot to bare. When I have ordered the rice noodle in the past, it had just the right amount of heat. Lately, they have changed up either the type of pepper they use or the amount of pepper because my mouth never burned that way before. Out of the four orders, I have asked for the Mei fun singapore to be less spicy three times. They made it less spicy once with my previous order. Yesterday was not mild at all. I miss the old way they made them. I still enjoy ordering from there and will continue. I just can’t do the Singapore noodle. 🙁

I’ve been looking for a place that makes ragoons the way we have had them in northern Maine. Most places taste like a bucket of sugar has been put in the mix. We ordered from here several times before because the food is great. But this one time it seems as tho the recipe for the ragoons has been changed and for the better too 🙂 definitely not disappointed!!!

You guys are really starting to let me down. The last 2 times I’ve ordered from you through Uber eats, my experience has not been great. The first time in question, the food I received was very subpar quality. The fried items were terribly overcooked and extremely greasy to the point they went in the garage. Tonight, I’m missing part of my order. I ordered a pick two combo and did not get the rice that is supposed to go with it. You guys need to do better, I’ve been coming to you almost exclusively for the entire 10 years I’ve lived here. It’s really disappointing when you spend your money somewhere and what’s ordered is not what’s delivered.
