I was coming off from work and was getting ready for pizza night. I ordered through the app, Large Pepperoni, Sauce original, Light cheese. The sauce was original because whenever it’s marked extra, the pizza is limp. I didn’t realize till I got back home that there was barely any sauce at all. I always hop to have an adequate amount on my pizza, and now it has made my expectations from Needs Improvement to Poor. I was able to find sauce at the house, so it wasn’t a total bust. Overall, Papa John’s could do better.

Pizza was good, but seemed to be missing some sauce on it. Ordered a pizza with “the meats”. Loaded with meats on a thin crust, but not enough sauce. Called my order in as I was driving to their location. Courteous service after 9pm. Expect to be buzzed in at the door. Park in the huge parking lots a few feet away from the entrance. Well lit at night. Four stars were given for missing sauce. I would still recommend their restaurant if you want a quick pizza.

Papa John’s needs to get their act together. When you call the local store it redirects you to their call center. You used to be able to place your order directly to the store but not anymore. My order got deleted so I had to tell my 4 kids after 1 hour and 15 minutes that the pizza wasn’t on the way. Thanks Papa John’s.
