Everytime I go here the staff is very friendly and amazing. I think I honestly get better service from the employees than the owner herself. Today however was the worst experience I’ve ever had and for this one I will never return. Today I got to the place at 11:57 they close at noon. She is literally sitting inside with the door locked and mouthed the words “we’re closed”. I will never not once come back here there are plenty of other lit tea shops, I’m a preferred member so I get them often. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else, get good service!
