Would you like any meat with your sour cream? First of all I ordered two crunchy tacos and got these pathetic freezing cold soft tacos with a tablespoon of meat versus a half a cup of sour cream that was on them! Of course that made them freezing cold and it was just disgusting!

Food was good (quesadillas). I used Uber Eats for delivery to my hotel. I ordered chips and queso and chips and salsa. They apparently had no chips but still sent the queso and salsa. That was $10 worth of food I couldn’t eat. Ultimately, Uber had it credited, but I thought that was a very poor customer service choice on their part. I guess I was supposed to eat the salsa and queso with a spoon?

Missing chips and my burrito had a gaping hole due to them rolling the receipt inside the burrito. I ordered close to close and they completely disregarded my order it seems. Fairly pathetic performance will definitely never come back.

We were there on a Friday 11/04/22 n night and they were only serving burritos, I am not trying to be by any means racist but everything was much better when the Mexican staff were there. This location was out of everything, maybe you should try and appreciate the Hispanic community a little more often’ we have been coming to pancheros for quite a few years now.‘and never had an issue.
