Went in for lunch 7/22. Food was great, but the entire place smelled of old rags and BO. The lady behind the counter making sandwiches looked like she was in her pajamas. Nothing on her person showed she was a JJ’s employee. The smell was a huge turn-off. Probably won’t be back.

this was my first time at any jimmy johns, and i think the bar was set pretty low. the sub itself was pretty tasty. however, the service was pretty terrible – the guy who took our order was short and a little rude. the tea tasted like pasta water??? and the whole place smelled like sewage.

I walked into this Jimmy John’s to use my free sandwich reward. Normally I visit other locations, however I was in the area. I walked in the door, employees were sitting at a table talking and the store smelled awful, like dirty mop water combined with something else. I just turned around and walked out and went to Chipotle next door. I think I lost my reward, it was the last day to use it. Unfortunate because the other Jimmy John’s I go to is always great!

Sandwiches were perfect and tasty. Service was great. NO AC ON THIS HOT DAY. The workers were great but all flushed and fatigued. Please fix the AC! Very uncomfortable sitting down to eat.

Hygiene is an issue at this location. we love Jimmy John’s but were turned off by this today. clumps of scabby dandruff were noticed in an employee‘s hair/clothing. I understand this is an issue for many people but there are health department regulations put in place for this issue.

Been coming to this location for years now but ever since a particular employee has been working there my order is messed up everytime and I’m met with sass. All the other employee were super nice and made it right but we’ll go to other locations going forward. Unless you want your sandwich messed up go to a different one.

Walked in, looked at the menu, figured out what I wanted to get in about 30 seconds and there was nobody there to take my order. I moved over to the left and looked toward the back and saw a guy with headphones on and appeared to be looking at YouTube videos. I tried getting his attention, I even walked outside and back in. I had already parked, and gone in so I decided to wait five minutes. So I set the timer on my iPhone. The alarm goes off and even that doesn’t catch his attention. So I left.

Had never been to a Jimmy John’s but have come here a few times over the last month. Love it. Sandwiches are always great, and the two guys that usually make the sandwiches – we’ll call them guy with a pony tail and guy with curly hair – are always great. Good service, and they’re super nice to the kids too.
