They didn’t give me the right order. I ordered chicken tenders and I got bone in chicken. I also ordered fries and was upcharged for this and it was not included. The customer service people were nice but check your order because they don’t care or double check.

Most of the time, my order is wrong if it’s my husband and I ordering, but never when it’s just me. Everyone tries their best here. It gets more business than the rest of the food court each time I go, so there is bound to be a wait and mistakes sometimes. Overall, I still enjoy my food.

I ordered two chicken sandwiches, waited 20 minutes and then finally went back to the counter and asked what the hold up was and they had totally forgotten my order and hadn’t even started it. Food is great but pretty irritating to have to remind them about me. Lady at the counter, Lynn, wasnt grabbing anyone’s name and was just calling out whatever the order was. Unprofessional.
