This place has been me and my wife’s go-to for over 15 years until now. My wife ordered a tuna sub for me, large fries, and a steak & cheese for herself. I asked her to also get me their cheesy bread sticks. Had to run an errand when we met up so as we drove together I decided to eat on the cheesy bread. There was a long black strain of hair in it!!! It’s not mine as I am clean shaven and am totally bald. My wife’s hair is blonde. This hair was baked into the cheesy bread. The quality of service and food has been hit and miss but this was a new low. We trashed the food and grabbed some McDonalds instead. You’ve been warned!!!

Basil’s Pizza, Subs and More is definitely a great find. It is one of the hidden gems in Gaithersburg for gyro lovers. Small (not enough space to sit large groups), clean, fair prized, welcoming restaurant. Both the staff and owner are pleasant. The gyros were authentic and the crispy fries were a winner. They have two types of fries. I chose the crispy fries. Delicious, no fuss good food at a very fair price. If that’s what you’re seeking, this restaurant is your destination. It is a place worth patronizing repeatedly. You’ll be quite pleased.

Just moved here from Delaware and back home it took me years to find the perfect pizza spot. Already found it here in Gaithersburg on the first try. Home made sauce that’s not too sweet, crispy wings, all for great prices especially if you get one of the sweet deals they got. Talked to shah on my first visit and the whole vibe is so family like and friendly. Love it

Basils pizza is perfect if you want to spend the night vomiting chunks into your kitchen sink. Also if you want to deal with a rude cashier who will hang up on you while you plead to get your money back for uningestible pizza, Instead of the store credit they offer you. Makes the worst frozen pizza from the grocery store seem comparable to something Gordon Ramsay might cook.

Cashier upfront messed up my order. I asked for a slice of pizza and the lady thought I said a small pizza and i went up to her once I realized she made a mistake before she gave the pizza to me and told her I only asked for a slice and she told me because the cook is already making the small pizza I have to pay for that pizza. Cashier made it seem like my fault that she got my order wrong. Never coming here again. Food is ok. Overpriced.

Hands down one of the best restaurants to order food from in the Gaithersburg area. The food is 10 out of 10 and the prices are good as well. I highly recommend there Halal buffalo chicken pizza as well as the Halal buffalo chicken wings. There special menu is also very good when it comes to the prices and the food quality.
