In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Awesome service we were early and before 10 we’ll about 3 or 4 mins before ten they took care of us the manager was awesome friendly and so we’re the rest of the workers! You could tell they cared and that they were going to take care of you. Now the sandwich es, they really do have the meats! Awesome. Tasted great will definitely go back there again and I so recommend everyone go to this store you won’t regret it! So go!

I presented a survey receipt on 08/21/2023 and I placed my order and when I went to receive my order the window person stated it was not valid . The email coupon I received had a bar code on it and the expiration date was 09/04/2023 but I was still denied my order my time and gas was wasted this is false advertisement and will file a consumer complaint . I had other persons who had their own coupons as well and they were told the same. Thank you and I promise I won’t visit this restaurant again

I usually visit this establishment after dark when I am hungry and just need a quick bite however day before yesterday I went during the afternoon. I was not happy. The pass-through window is filthy.. all services I could say or dirty not messy but dirty with dark handprints. I ordered two chicken sandwiches. Got one chicken and one fish and as usual they were just kind of lukewarm. Overall the restaurant is in need of serious overhaul. And I certainly hope the mail cook was able to get a nap as that’s all he could talk about.

My family and I drove through tonight at 10:06 PM, the guy at the order station said “at the moment we are closed”, I asked when they normally close, he responded “normally at 11 but I’ve been here since 12.”, I said, so you are closing because you are tired? And he responded “that’s what I’m trying to tell ya!”, that’s sad service… closing early because you are “tired”, perhaps the manager should get responsible employees..

This establishment really doesn’t even deserve one star for any of these points I waited forever and then when I politely asked how much longer it would be because I was on my lunch break. The person was rude and disrespectful and shoved my food bag out the window I said I’m sorry you didn’t need to be disrespectful to me I wasn’t disrespectful to you. And the employee got even more rude and the food was cold will never go back

Food was cold straight from the window, missing one of the fries, missing the mozzarella Stix, missing sauces, absolutely horrible experience. Emploees insisted i was not charged but then refused to look at the receipt. Will not go back, will never recommend.

Been here multiple times and don’t k ow why I come back. No one else was in the line or at front window. Stood at the window in the front for 10 minutes while I watched the workers do nothing. Finally got to order after waiting on nothing and food came quick. But careless workers, unfocused, and clumsy.
