Biggby Coffee has established a successful nationwide chain of gourmet coffee shops for Take Out or Dine In. I recently reviewed their biggest “competitor” in the gourmet coffee space / sector. (Letting you guess what company that was…lol). Biggby here in DeWitt continues to deliver on a quality product, friendliness and the hometown charm that has always made DeWitt a special place!! Today, I had the Turkey Havarti Bragel Sandwich for just $4.99 and at just 458 calories, you can’t go wrong!! A delicious breakfast sandwich in a warm and cozy environment! Well Done!!

Went in on Sunday and it was my birthday so I tried to get my freebie that was emailed to me and the manager that was working on 06-25-23 till closing was being very rude to me and my stepmom then put toward a effort to have us call the help line that was already closed so it would have been no help to us.

Garbage biggby in Dewitt. Consistently can not figure out how to toast a bagel. Normally I just deal with it but this bagel has no toast whatsoever. They have no business because of covid but for the business that does walk in, they can’t take the time to toast a bagel after I paid 3.50 for it. Bad ownership from previous issues as well. They don’t appreciate their customers. Resent having to help them but love taking their money. If the owner is interested in improving the business and using this as a training opportunity…… the bagel was gotten around 12:25-12:30. See how well it looks like it was prepared for yourself and go from there

I am giving this particular Biggby 2 stars because of the staff they hire, some of them are nice and friendly to everyone. Others, not so much. A particular employee will greet someone she is familiar with in a nice cheerful way, and then someone she apparently doesn’t know very, very rudely. As someone who worked in customer service for many, many years before and during college, I have high expectations. I believe it’s very unprofessional to be in a customer service position and act like that to people. At least put her on a station where she doesn’t have to talk to people. I get maybe she was having a bad day, but this happens every time I’m there. I work right around the corner and come in at least once a week (she SHOULD know me by now). Her interactions with me have been consistently rude and it’s very disappointing. It makes me not want to come here anymore.
