I wouldn’t think that I would leave a review for a McDonalds but I had such a lovely experience I was inspired to leave a rating to promote their fine work here. This doesn’t feel like a typical chain, this feels like such a lovely, cozy and and charming restaurant. The service was very good and polite and the food was rich and delicious. However the atmosphere was unbelievably good. They have brown leather couches and and roses at the tables. I feel like this would be a great place to work remotely; not too loud, very clean and very cozy. This is by far my best experience ever at a McDonalds and I will certainly be back to give my business!

i ordered a medium fry and a medium sprite. the person over the intercom already sounded like she had an attitude because i asked her a question. since they didn’t even go over my order at the window i just handed my phone over and paid, then once i got the receipt, i noticed she only put in for a sprite when the fries was the first thing i said to her. i get to the last window & i let her know i also have fries, she’s telling me what is says like clearly it’s not saying it on there that’s why i’m telling you that’s what i ordered. i asked her to ring me up at that window, she acted as if it was mission impossible and begged me to come inside saying the drive thru line is busy as if that’s my issue. i said i wanted to pay right here & she then demands something, idk what because she’s hispanic, i said i’m paying with apple pay, she then tells me again to come inside like the time you wasted doing all this begging, you could’ve scooped the fries and charged my card … whoever she is needs to not interact with the customers, her attitude is disgusting.

After a 20min wait due to some issue with the drive thru window, I ordered a meal via drive thru and the wrong drink showed up on the panel outside. I told the guy he got it wrong and he said not to worry, he will fix it. Got to the window, asked if they fixed the drink issue and they said yep, as I drove off guess what happened? Yep, I got the wrong drink. I knocked on the window to get their attention and the lady looked at me and turned away. Spent another 20 min in the line for a new drink.
