Excellent authentic food which is made to order and served fresh. We ordered three platters- Alkumah platter, Adana kebab and kofta pan kebabs (served with yellow Rice and bread (pita/naan kind of bread which is soft and smothered in the gravy and has a light filling of onion inside). The server and the manager were very welcoming and provided great service. The food arrived in 15-20 mins (hot, fresh and the meat quality was excellent), all of our dishes were flavorful and we enjoyed each and every bite. We will definitely visit again to experience more!

Second visit: This time we ordered mixed grills and fries. The hummus and bread was fascinating. The kebab was fluffy and soft. The lamb chop were tender, juicy and adequately grilled. We loved the food. It was hot though. There was not a sufficient cooling system. I have to say, though, the day of our visit, was scorching hot everywhere. So, five stars again and thank you for the service and courtesy.

The waiter was great I went me and my sister we ordered sandwiches kofta & shawarma the kofta was fresh but the Shawarma looked old I should’ve not eat it. The next day I was throwing up but my sister was okay she only ordered kofta . That shawarma was burned and old I should’ve said anything!

The best! Went twice in one day. Had the mix kabob platter and the chicken shawarma sandwich for lunch, then came back for hummus and Baba ganoush. All really good. Very friendly staff as well. I highly recommend this restaurant!

One of my clients wanted halal food and I decided to pick up something for myself as well. I called in my ordered for an 11:45 pick up. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and waited for the man to get to me. I ordered the falafel sandwich and he didn’t catch that part, he only gave me falafel only with an order of fries. He had to make it a sandwich real fast. When he was done I paid and left. When I got in I ate and the meal was just ok. The falafel sandwich while filling wasn’t great. The fries were just ok. All in all I had an ok experience.

I am a shawarma addict, and we came all the way from Maryland for Eid and good food. We tried a few shops, and we found AlKunah to be the BEST: very nice food + people (which is equally important). We felt like home and we kept coming EVERY DAY and for all types of food from their menu. When we left town we stopped to take shawarma supplies and they added an extra sandwich. The gesture is very respectful.
