What a disappointment! I have eaten at other shake shacks, but this one is gross. The line was insane w 1 register open. The food took forever. The gf bun for extra money was disgusting. My burger wasnt cooked. The chicken sandwich was tiny. The tables were dirty. Never again.

Ok, I have to leave a review about Shake Shack!!!! I first saw one of these in Las Vegas Nevada last year in the airport. I was too busy to stop and said I would try it on my way out. When I saw it on my departing flight the line was a mile long!! Lol So I finally saw this one in Encore. I had listened to many people say this restaurant was AMAZING many times. I ordered the double cheese burger, crinkle fries and chocolate custard milk shake. The burger was a smash burger well done. It was perfect in every way possible. Well done beef is hard to keep juicy!!! Most places over cook and dry it out. The fries were fresh and crispy. The custard shake was perfect as custard is 10 times better then regular ice cream. The employees were AMAZING and kind. The 2 girls I encountered were happy and smiling. This restaurant reminds me of the amazing burger joints in Rochester, NY!!! Nick Tahoe’s, Schaller’s, Tom Wahl’s, and Bill Gray’s. All famous Burger places in throughout Rochester! Abbott’s is a famous frozen custard place that has amazing custard!! Since I can’t go back to Rochester every week to get a great burger or garbage plate, this works out perfect for me. I drive all over New England, so this is nothing coming from Maine and NH. Hopefully they start coming in to NH and Maine so I can have shake shack every other day!!! Lol You simply have to believe the hype!!! It’s for real!!! A+++++++++ ❤️

The only reason that there’s even one star on this review is because there’s no option for zero stars. The manager should be the janitor. He allowed a group of seven people to order with the people ahead of me after I waited in line for an hour and he had told them they were closing and that the people behind me were the last people who could order. I spoke up about what was happening and how unfair that was but all he said was, “ you’ll get your burger!” I left, disappointed, insulted, but I’m grateful those inconsiderate, self entitled, low lifes wasted their money on this establishment and I still have my money. I hope they’re all stuck in the bathroom with simultaneous diarrhea and vomiting.

I arrived at 11:44. I was rushed by the cashier who was an older gentleman with white hair because the line behind me was getting longer. During my transaction, he voluntarily told me they closed in 6 minutes to make me hurry along. He was very nasty and extremely rude. It was so bad that a friendly guy in line behind me mentioned his behavior to me. I ordered a chicken shak burger. The flavor tasted old. It wasn’t good at all. The crinkle cut fries were the best thing about the entire experience.
