I made an online order of a chicken biscuit w cheese and a coffee. When I got home I realized they gave me two plain bagels and a coffee with curdled milk in it. When I went back they said they gave me someone else’s order and tried to give me my order that was made 20 minutes ago, cold. When I asked them to remake it they took the old order and tried to stick it in the microwave until they realized I was watching them. The quality at this locations has started going downhill in the last year or so. They don’t always get your drink order correct, and the food isn’t always warmed like it’s supposed to be. The iced coffee has started to taste burnt and when I go to the Five Forks location, it doesn’t, so I don’t know if this place is just not cleaning their machines right, or what’s happening, but it’s not cool. I have discovered that their decaf isn’t half bad, and tastes like the regular used to, so I’ve just swapped over because I’m looking for taste, not caffeine.

Drinks are always full of flavor. The order is always correct and the service is always fast. I live near two Dunkin’ donuts and I wait until I’m driving on my way into work across town just to stop at this one because of the great service and refreshing drinks. This will always be my favorite dunkin!!

I can’t ever receive the correct paid food items delivered from Dunkin. This is the third time. I always asked for cheedar cheese and turkey sausage and it just seems that they don’t care to read the customer’s instructions. Well, 3 strikes you’re out Dunkin on Scenic Hwy.

Second time my “iced coffee” has a few ice cubes, rendering the drink bad. Old fashioned donuts dried out. Poor, slow, and unprofessional service. Clerk drops my card then states that I dropped it, so my son has to get out to pick it up.

Unfortunately, my loyalty to Dunkin Donuts just ended. This place was absolutely horrible. The customer service was horrible, and then they gave me the wrong order. Worse yet, is that the management that is the perfect example of customer neglect.

We love us some Dunkin in Covington GA… They have the best cappuccino blasts made with jamocha Ice cream & their mango smoothies & strawberry banana smoothies are fantastic as well… The Night Mgr & Staff are always kind, however, (our favorite is Nicholas)… Keep up the great job everyone… You guys rock!!!! This is the worst Dunkin Donuts. Very terrible customer service. I come every morning to get a bagel and ice coffee. Won’t be back at this location. Very unprofessional/ very rude. All you see is the teens sitting on their phone and messing up orders. The one working the register I saw him touch a cleaning spray bottle and didn’t wash his hands when grabbing the donuts or drinks. Very unsanitary. This place is awful. Will take my business elsewhere.

It was too early in the morning for the attitudes I simply walked into the Dunkin’ donuts on scenic highway to ask how to use the app to apply a coupon to an order the first associate kept cutting me off and insinuating well we don’t see a takeout order and I’m explaining to him I haven’t placed the order because I don’t know how to apply the coupon to the order he walks off and send somebody else up to me I explained the same situation could you please show me how to apply the coupon to an order he says just click on scan and pay I click on scan. the coupon did not apply it charged me to full amount of the coffee and all he did was give a smirk
