Ordered a “wet” burrito and this is what I received WTH is this?! Last time I had a “wet” burrito from them it had sauce over top and cheese that was melted. This burrito is also cold. I’ve had hard rice in my burrito from them before, so I hadn’t eaten here in a while. I should’ve learned my lesson. My daughter bought this, but her meal wasn’t top shelf either. I specified no rice. She asked for rice, yet there was rice in my container and none in hers. I guess she’s learned her lesson now, too ♀️

I used to eat here when I worked closer. It was great! Another reviewer said it best…Ever since the previous owner sold, it has definitely gone down. The quality of food went down. The quality of employees went down. The atmosphere and aesthetics went down. I was soo disappointed.

Honestly the food is so subpar. Basic ingredients with rice that was overcooked and and unflavored. Some of the staff is friendly while others you can tell aren’t feeling it. Menu prices are not updated. Paint is peeling off the walls and outdated. Restaurant is still set up for Covid. Surprised restaurant is rated so high. I would give the restaurant and 2 out of 5 rating.

I’ve been coming here for over 11 years. This locally-owned hot spot in the neighborhood has the best burritos & tacos around the North Colinwood – Euclid – 185th st aka Old World Plaza. The ingredients are always fresh and there is never a long line like the corporate-owned Chipotle. Chili Peppers also has salsa that is actually hot/spicy. The soups are also excellent here.

Ever Since Steve sold the place its been going down hill! Quality of everything is not the same. I had steel wool residue in my Chicken! I’m done they had a good run when Steve was owner.
