.I get delivery 2 or 3 times a week and half the time they send me the beef sandwich instead of the sausage sandwich. I’m usually not one to complain but this is really getting old. They repeat my order back to me and when I call and complain they act like it’s my fault. I’m done with this place.

Just ordered take out and upon picking up my food asked to repeat my order and they repeated it correctly, once I arrived home I realized they had given me the wrong stuff when I called and told them, they said it’s not the wrong stuff that’s what they charged me for and assumed it was ok because of that, but I can go back and they can charge me for the right stuff. Their excuse was that they have new phone people, they must have new cooks because they’re pizza looks like this and they’re wings are really dry. I usually order from here once a week, but this was the last time I will take my money elsewhere.

Very disappointed in my order tonight. I ordered cheesy bread and have to say this is the first time ever getting a hot dog bun with mozzarella cheese melted on it and toasted. I could have done that myself here at home for much less. I don’t mind paying a little higher prices as long as I actually get something worth bringing home. Guess I won’t be ordering the cheesy bread any longer. I think customers should be made aware if you have changed up the way you make certain things.

Love JJ’s pizza as a weekly treat. Good on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Awful on the other weekdays. Past 3 times I have ordered on a weekday they have done a terrible job. Lacking cheese and too much sauce. I always put lite on the sauce and it seems like they put extra. Very dissapointed, was absolutely disgusting tonight. If you are going to order, do it on the weekend or you will be dissapointed!
