I love Vetri, it is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in Vegas. I have been for for dinner many times now before the pandemic and then when it re-opened afterwards. I continue to go back. The view is always amazing and so is the food. I agree that the pasta portions are smaller than your average Italian restaurant on the strip, but this is not an average Italian restaurant. I feel like it reminds me more of a “French” version of Italian plating. I recommend ordering two pasta dishes as well as other appetizers. They also give you a complimentary small dessert at the end of the meal. I have never left hungry. The service is good but also a bit nondescript.

Let’s not even discuss price, the portion is designed for each patron to have individual plate for each course. If you ordered a dish from each section, then it will be enough for one.

We had a fabulous evening and my husband, who is a tough critic, gave you an ‘A’ for food, service, and ambiance. Your bartenders were so friendly and helpful; the hostess was very kind; our waitress was amazing!!! Nice job!!! Thank you. PS – I loved that lobster salad and the almond tortellini (sp?) – I only wish the portions were just a bit bigger.

This was LITERALLY one of the best Italians meals that I have ever eaten. Everything was perfect! The view. The service. The atmosphere. And the food was divine! I only took 1 picture because I couldn’t resist eating the other dishes when they arrived at the table. I can’t say that I had a “favorite”. Every dish was its own star! We had the zeppole, the arugula salad, the burrata, the bolognese, the mushroom ragu, the bavette, and the pistachio cake. This meal was worth EVERY penny of my hard-earned dollars!

Took the family out to a new place. Apparently this was the 2nd night they were open. Its starts out with an elevator ride to the top of the Palms casino, above the Ghost Bar. We arrived and stepped out of the elevator to a well designed and appointed restaurant. We were promptly greeted by the hostesses and gave out information. We were quickly sat at our table and really just enjoyed the evening. We ordered a bunch and shared across the whole table. The food was awesome as well. The service was nothing short of spectacular and we were never left wanting for anything with the staff always being in the ball. If you want great food, service, and a beautiful view, give it a try. We will be back soon!

$35 for this (see photo) is painful. Have a drink, enjoy the view but I don’t recommend eating here, especially if you’re vegan / vegetarian. Staff are amazing, everything else is amazing but sadly the food portions are tiny and not filling at all. Hopefully they can do better portions in the future because then it would definitely be 5*
