I love this place. So many different combinations. I’ve been there everyday this week . Pictured is the peanut butter jalapeño and bacon dog I had yesterday and the Chicago style I had today. That Chicago style is the best one I’ve had that wasn’t in Chicago. And either last Friday or Saturday,I had the pastrami burger, don’t have a picture of. But if it can be put on a hotdog or a burger, they will definitely make it work and be absolutely delicious, they never disappoint.

This place used to have the best hot dogs in Bloomington. The naughty fries were also super good. Now that they’re under new ownership they’re terrible. Poor customer service, burnt hot dogs, incorrect orders, and barely any toppings on the naughty fries. I’m incredibly disappointed. Save yourself the time and money and go to Sam’s Club.

I can understand the disappointment of the previous reviews–Naughty Dog is awesome and I’d be let down too if I had my heart set on this place. It’s such a classic. My husband and I visited Bloomington back in 2016 and we were excited to try the Naughty Dog. I love that it’s clearly a community staple, yet has a sense of humor about itself.

I used to frequent Naughty Dog years ago, and I loved it. I visited for the first time in 7-8 years, and I can’t believe how disappointed I was with the place. I had the worst Coney dog I’ve ever eaten. The coney sauce tasted like it had been sitting on the stove for the past few days. It was dry and disgusting. The fries were at least alright. It also didn’t help that the restaurant was gross on the inside. The floor was sticky and it looked like no one had attempted cleaning anytime recently. I believe that will be the last visit I make to Naughty Dog.

The best chili dogs in Bloomington. My favorite is the spicy Texan and I never knew how good chili and coleslaw taste together. They’re so nice and friendly as well. I will come here until I die that is all.

Hotdogs are really good but their operations of business is not how you run a business. Inconsistent hours. How do you run a business like that? Update your hours if you’re understaffed. It says they are open til 7 but I came at 5pm and it’s closed on a Wednesday. Losing money!

Clearly have new owners which is incredibly sad. The new people were kind but the food just wasn’t the same. The buns weren’t steamed, the hot dog was burnt, the fries were not very good.. I’d rather go buy the stuff to make hot dogs then spend $20 for two subpar hotdogs. Every option was basically just a coney dog, a lot less creativity in the menu. Maybe I am biased because I loved the old food but I wasn’t impressed.
