If I could give them negative stars, I would. I have been here twice recently and not only is the service absolutely horrid. I waited over 30 minutes for my food and got no apology or offer of anything to try to make things better. I finally asked for a refund and there was several other customers who were waiting quite some time as well. I will NOT go to this KFC until management makes improvements and learns how to take care of customers

I haven’t eaten inside a KFC for awhile, normally picking up my order via drive thru and taking it home. I stopped by this franchise in Central Point OR while travelling and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. It was the best KFC chicken that I’ve had in a few years, everything was on spot in regards to freshness, quality, taste, etc al. I had the three piece meal choosing Cole slaw (my personal favorite as a side) and with the biscuit (also fresh and soft).

I’m giving this place a one star because I’ve experienced racism twice at this location and it will be last time I eat here. I walked through the door and I notice a Mexican girl who works there say eeeww to me as I walked in. She probably thinks I’m chinese and I really am not that’s the sad thing about it. It’s OK but what’s get me is that mexicans always complain about racism but they do it to others. I guess it’s OK to separate their children, give them less opportunities, and make it harder for them to become u.s citizens. I know now to keep my mouth shut and don’t defend. For the manager who saw what she did, you should of told her if she feels uncomfortable serving asians then she should go back to the harvest instead of making customers feel uncomfortable

Everytime I go to this location to grab a bite for dinner, they are always short staff and their drive thru person apparently is having to cover the front counter. This is poor management at this location. Even the drive thru person totally forgot about me. The only reason he remembered his job was the fact that I was watching videos with the volume up. He only apologized and said he had forgotten me but to hold on a little longer only when he decided he could take my order the item I always try to order was told to me rudely they don’t have any! On top of it the staff is too inconvenienced to keep up with the pot pies and just continually tell me they are out. Either the management of this location need to be retrained, demoted or replaced.

Fast service and friendly faces is the only reason its getting 2 stars from me. Food was horrible which is all that really matters. Their oil is burnt or they sent out food that should have been thrown away for being overcooked. Chicken strips are dry amd have a foul after taste. Waste of $10.

If I could give a zero for this visit I would. The four employees were more worried about putting orders together than actually taking orders at the register. I was the first one in line waiting for anyone to come and take my order. Finally, after almost 30 minutes of standing there waiting, someone decided to take orders at the register.
