We were given undercooked food. I have never had pink roast beef from Arby’s. We had takeout, so we had to drive back to the restaurant. They didn’t even bother to give us new sandwiches and said this was normal/cooked correctly. We went back home and ended up having to microwave the meat. I made the mistake of putting it back on the same bun rather than using fresh bread. Now I have stomach cramps 2 hours later. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with fast food.

I know this may not be a problem for some, but for others, it is. I wondered why my fries tasted like fish the last time I went through the drive-through. Yesterday, when I went into the lobby, I found out why. They only have 1 working fryer, so they are cooking everything together, sometimes even in the same basket. The worker said they’ve been like that for a couple of months. She also commented that the shake machine was broken.

Big thumbs down, Arby, on the same price shakes that are much smaller sizes as of 2-3 weeks ago. You’re no different than DQ now. That’s a major disappointment because that’s the one menu item you had that kept me coming back consistently and it filled the bellies for those of us on a budget. Big thumbs down.

I was a district leader for Arby’s & Hardee’s in the Chicago area. Anytime one of my stores needed any product or anything, l would get for my store immediately. For weeks now , l can not get a shake. Someone is dropping the ball. This needs to be a priority, asap. Food & service is satisfactory.

I was so hoping to like the gyro wrap but it was a letdown. Thank goodness for mozzarella sticks! I was the only one dining inside and it felt cold. The manager was doing job interviews next to me but one of the workers was kind enough to bring me a small sack after she could see I wasn’t going to finish my wrap. I graciously thanked her but I didn’t have the heart to tell her I was going to pitch it. The tomatoes were sour and the cucumber sauce was terrible. I’ve been spoiled by good gyros. Overall, staff was excellent but food wasn’t.
