Stopped in after a three-hour drive to order a turkey sandwich and asked them to cut it in half for my kids. He said no problem….as I received the sandwich I then ask the lady if they cut it in half and she said “no” there were no directions saying it was supposed to be. Really the guy standing right next to you said it would be cut…i gave it back to them and asked them to cut and she made a scene telling me I have an attitude…..very bazaar customer service and very rude people.

No issues with the food & the staff was really great. Working hard the whole time I was in store, said thanks for coming in, etc. But the general store cleanliness needs some work. The floor was very, very sticky and the table/bathroom could afford to be wiped down.

When ordering online for pickup, they’re very very inconsistent. For some reason they don’t understand what cut in half means. Ask for mayo packets 9 out of 10 times I get none. The only reason I keep coming back is they do have a good sandwich. I like the bread. I’ll just quit tipping.
