This Tim’s has reopened after renovations. The 5 Stars are for Cody. I was not aware of the senior’s discount until Cody brought it to my attention. But more importantly, he is genuinely friendly and a gentleman. I have seen him in action quite a few times and he treats everyone with the same courtesy.

This is one of the Tim Hortons not to go to in buffalo. The steak pinine sandwich was not toasted or put together right! How are you suppose to put honey inside of your tea driving down the road? You can’t do why not put the honey inside to help the customers out? Their lack of customer service is low. Don’t ever go here on 2nd shift they do nothing and say what they can’t do….like toast the bread longer or turn up the toaster.

Ordered my food. After I paid i was told there was no lettuce for my sandwich also Wrong donuts, asked for one cream in coffee and it was like milk. They tried canceling my order and recharging my debt card for what I was charged and they ended up charging me DOUBLE instead.almost $50. I called and asked to speak with manager and or owner. Was told I couldn’t leave my number as they don’t call you back . I asked when manager was there and was told you have to come in and hope that she’s there in he morning . I would like my money back. What kind of company is this??????

Horrible customer service extremely slow. On top of that you have bums hanging out in the drive thru harassing customers for money. This place should be an embarrassment and a poor example of how Tim Hortons restaurants customer service really is as this place is privately franchised I believe.
