Love the sandwiches here. Usually order online. My only complaint is you’re not able to customize the options to your liking. For an example, I wish you can add lettuce and tomatoes to a Chicken Ranch sub, but you can’t – at least on online ordering. Also, very pricey compared to Subway and D’angelos.

The sandwiches we had were very good. The. Service was good as well. The space was lacking in size unfortunately because of its popularity. I only wish there was one closer to our home just outside of Augusta, Maine instead of Auburn.

The store front was empty waited 45 minutes for 2 hot subs to finally get them one was supposed to be on gluten free bread they served it on whole wheat, the other hot sun was ice cold, employees were rude when we called to ask about making the correct sub. The order wasn’t even bagged just wrapped and literally tossed on the counter. I eat here quite often but after this experience I will never go back there

I Love jersey mikes for a number 9 with jalapeño and pickles. Yum! As I walk in the door Crystal always acknowledges me by saying hello or welcome in which is very nice. She’s also very patient and as I’ve noticed always there! Hope she recognized by JM as much as she’s recognized by customers like myself who appreciate her presence, friendliness and quickness to get me out the door.

My daughter has celiac and feels like a “real kid again” with the offering of a good GF bun. It is hard to understand the struggle of finding good gluten free subs until you are diagnosed with celiac. It is hard to eat out, especially fast food. Thank you Jersey Mike’s for making her feel “normal’ again with your gluten free buns!

The SLOWEST jersey mikes I have ever been to. I placed an online order which I didn’t end up getting. I waited 10 minutes past my quoted time and had to leave since I had to be back at work. I placed my pick up online so it would be ready for when I got there. They take 45 minutes making a single sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous.

Jersey Mike’s just opened in our town a few months ago. I had gone before but always did take out and really like the food and service. However, I recently went with my son and we purchased two sandwiches and asked for two cups for tap water. I was charged just over $25.00. I explained to the cashier that she charged me to much. She informed me I was being charged $2.50 per cup….$5.00!!!! I’ve been told those cups cost less than 5 cents a piece. My son had already filled the cups so I was stuck paying $5.00 for cups. Not impressed at all!!! I will say the young lady commented, “It’s ridiculous….it’s not right.” This should have definitely be disclosed to customers. I am letting all my friends now about our Jersey Mikes cup policy and our experience.
