I ordered pick up last night and I got a rice bowl. There was a literal SCREW in my bowl. A large METAL screw. I am was stunned and also so bummed because I loved this place but I will NEVER eat here again. That is so disgusting not to mention the fact I could have seriously choked.

Stopped here on my way home for my husband and son and not only was both my orders made incorrectly but there was no food! Like seriously look at my bowls! Who was dieting? Ive never seen bowls like this ever from Gyro like where is the rice at least??? Then the young lady didn’t even put the top on properly trying to rush and by the time I got to the car BOTH lids came off! I asked for my sauce on the side for 1 of my orders but just like the entire order she did what she wanted to do. My husband and son was NOT happy after a long day of work to get stuck eating these scraps. I had to cook something to go along with this bird food!! Never coming to this location again! Richmond is muchhh better!!

I really hope the employees up front were given a heads up for just how crazy the rush was (BOGO bowls). They did amazing crowd control regardless and I walked out with my bowls without a hitch. The chicken was delicious (albeit a bit on the salty side), and the toppings were nice and fresh too. The red sauce isn’t as spice as I thought it would be (had halal guys in mind). good portion for the price and promotion lol.

Great food! It’s like Chipotle in which you pick your own meat and toppings. The workers were very nice and explained their menu very well. You can order online which is a great convenience. We ate inside. The decorations and the ambience is great! *chefs kiss*

The quality and service at the Richmond location is absolutely outstanding. Very friendly and courteous staff especially Syed Shah. He does a great job with making my order always super fresh. I always order the lamb over rice whenever I stop by, and it never fails to impress on how delicious it tastes. Definitely would recommend this place since the food quality is so fresh and phenomenal. This has been my favorite go to spot. Best place for fresh and healthy food options. I highly recommend this place.

This was my second time here. The first time was great. Everything was fresh and the manager or owner was working and very friendly. This time I placed a pick up order on my lunch break. I picked it up and it was already to go which was nice. A girl with brown hair handed me the order. I get home and my order is completely wrong. It had everything I didn’t ask for and almost nothing I did. I called and she answered. I politely asked to bring it back and get a new one made. Instead of apologizing she asked me what was wrong and what all it had in it like I was lying. She then said “well I made it myself”. I brought it back up there…on my lunch break. She had someone else remake it and never offered an apology. Then she kept the one I returned. Most places would have at least offered for me to keep it since it’s got to be thrown away…maybe. So I get back finally ready to eat and am even more disappointed. Most of the lettuce is DISGUSTING! I had to pick through it and hopefully don’t end up getting sick. I was really rooting for this place but unfortunately they have lost a customer.
