I used mobile order. Dine in option. Extremely long wait time in store for only a Dave’s single. Luckily, I was not in a rush. Also, I was compensated for my time with a free medium chocolate frosty. I appreciate the frosty, thank you. The Dave’s single was good and made to order with extra lettuce, tomato and onion. Other than the long wait in line, everything else was excellent. The drive thru seemed to be faster. If you are in a rush and using mobile order, try the drive thru option or perhaps curb side. Good luck.

The food was good first off although the bun was not toasted. Fries were good and hot. Drink was cold. As with my previous 3 visits here the service was horrible. There where 2 cars in the drive thru already had their order placed. It took 2 minutes to answer the drive thru order box. It took another 5 to get to the window. Both customers in front of me had issues with their orders. The lady in the window was cussing at the other people about something not work related. There was no kindness, hospitality or even a real interaction. Just took my money and very slowly handed me my food. This has been my experience at most fast food places since covid happened. I am sympathetic and empathetic to all issues I know about but at the same time we all have to work. The work you do doesn’t reflect the establishment just your personal work ethics and ultimately you as a person. Do better and be better. I hope that’s your goal.

Since Covid started i’ve been here a few times and was never terribly impressed but the last two times i’ve been here in 2023 the service was actually quite good. Whatever problems they were having seem to be ironed out. Still bummed that this locations doesn’t have a self-serve drink machine when pretty much every other Wendy’s does

I live in Walkertown, and I recently saw a bad review for Wendy’s on Facebook. I know how simple it can be for someone to write a negative review about their experience and for it to affect a store in a whole. I came through the drive-through tonight, and was greeted with nothing but nice staff, I also was asked to pull up, but it didn’t take them long to finish my order. I actually realized I forgot to order 2 Frosty’s so I headed in side to save them a trip. The manager was inside and wanted to apologize for the wait and when I mean, it was no longer than three minutes she ended up giving me the Frosty’s for the wait!! Nothing but good things to say!

Parking lot has a BIG HOLE AT THE ENTRANCE AND I HIT IT WITH TWO OF MY TIRES.,..! THE HOLE IS PROBABLY 10-12″ DEEP! IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH MY TIRES WENDY’S WILL OAY FOR THEM NOT ME!! ALSO I BOUGHT A SALAD FROM THIS LOCATION AND IT WAS NASTY! LETTUCE WAS NO GOOD AND TASTED VERY BAD. I! I TRIED TO CALL THEM FOR 6HRS AND THE PHONE WAS BUSY ALL EVENING. Came through the drive-thru late. 10pm. Ordered the spicey chicken combo…the young lady told me it would be cooked to order due to the time.. would be 6 minutes… it was a little more than 6 min but food was hot and I was glad to wait for fresh food. Good experience.

This style had the best employees. So kind and made it easy for me to get my low carb Baconator. Best burger I’ve had in a long time. Loved that they put it in the salad bowl. It made it much better for me to eat my bunless Baconator. Extra lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and ranch dressing. So good!!! I’ll be going back next week.
