First time coming to Combine Brothers in Boardman. My husband and I have been to their location in Hermitage. We sat at the bar and the bartender was super nice and attentive. We ordered some of our favorites and my husband tried the Pink Pepper sauce, which he loved. Great experience & food!

Recently had dinner at Combine Brothers last week. I’m sorry I waited so long. One of the best Italian meals I’ve eaten in Boardman. And I might add I’m a very picky Italian eater. I’m usually disappointed but not this time. Had the Dad’s original sauce with angel hair pasta topped with their own crumbled sausage. Out of this world and their fresh baked rolls would make my Nonna envious. Our server Nicole helped make this visit memorable with her warm smile and attentiveness. Can’t wait to return.

First we walked and and was greeted by our server who walked us to our table, seated us, took our drink orders, all tye while having a lollipop in her mouth. However, she was super nice and very punctual. The side salad was not really what I consider a salad. It was some lettuce with croutons, and that’s it. Also, only 3 salad dressing choices are available. Ordered the Brushetta as an app. It was very good. Fiance ordered a salad with shaved beef and it was beautiful and huge. I ordered linguine tossed with olive oil and garlic tipped with the greens and shaved beef. The olive oil and garlic sauce was bland and lackluster. Overall I was disappointed in the quality/taste of the food for the price. Too many Italian restaurants in the area to choose this one again.

Pink pepper pasta was delicious and a huge serving. Bread is the best I’ve ever had. Salad with house dressing was phenomenal. Nicole was an excellent server. Very attentive and friendly. Overall, the best meal. Will definitely go back again. If you’ve never been there, you are missing out.

Had a good and attentive server. Large portions! l ordered, Pink Pepper sauce w/ a chicken breast over linguine, it was delicious as was the bruschetta and their dinner rolls are the best.

First time eating here at Combine Brothers. Truth be told it is worth the stop, the menu is loaded with plenty of options when it comes to pasta and the choice of noodles you can have. The wedding soup was out of this world, perfection, if you have to decide between the soup or salad, definitely go for the soup. The salad is all greens and shredded carrots, no tomatoes, onions, but it does have the stale bread bits on it though.

First time eating here. We had higher expectations I guess. Wife always orders Alfredo, so she tried it here. Definitely don’t use fresh Parmesan because it was gritty (doesn’t melt because of the preservatives). I tried the pink pepper thinking it would be a little spicy and bold. I tasted very bland to me. We had cocktails and bruschetta which was great. Service was really good too. Atmosphere was modern but cold. Not a fun or cozy place for dinner. We left a little disappointed.

Best meal EVER!!! First time at Combine Brothers. Can’t wait to go back. Had the fettuccine alfredo and it was delicious. Bread was awesome. Salad with house dressing was excellent. Nicole was our server and was so attentive and friendly. My new favorite restaurant.

Don one of the owners was sitting at the bar when we arrived. He was very personable and also shared his wine with me, which was Palermo Cabernet. He offered different dishes to try and he was spot on! We had the fried greens, and beer mussels for appetizers. I ordered the ziti w marinara sauce, 3 meatballs and added sausage. My husband had the shrimp alfredo and added scallops. Everything was amazing!! Even ran into my old coworker P.W., who had told me to try the restaurant out 21yrs ago when Hermitage was the only location. Talk about the irony! We will definitely be back to try more Italian favorites and you should go too! The staff here are wonderful

First, I would like to thank Scott for treating the guys from the wreck master class to lunch after we were done with training. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice, and the service was nothing less than amazing. I had the carbonara with bow tie noodles and it was amazing. The portion was too much to eat. I had to take a to go box. A couple of the guys had the cheeseburger. I have never seen a burger that big. They were struggling to eat the hole burger. I highly recommend this spot. It definitely has my two thumbs up…
