Dropped in w/o calling first for a pick-up order. Received prompt, courteous attention. Enjoyed my Big New Yorker very much. So glad it returned to the menu. Must be a Hispanic/Latino neighborhood because the menus were all in Spanish.

Third time in a row terrible experience. Order was placed at 5:40 to be ready in 15 minutes. Got there and they said they screwed up and had to make it again. They kept asking what l ordered. FINALLY ready a little after 6:20. My bill was $15.59. Handed the guy a $20 bill and $0.60. He gave me back $4.00. Told him he owed me $5.00. He argued with me and said l was wrong. He finally threw $4.00 on the counter and walked back into the kitchen. After many decades of eating Pizza Hut, I am done!!!

Ordered 2 pizzas online, and selected curbside pickup in an attempt to keep myself, my family, and the employees safe from potential COVID exposure. About 10 minutes after the app said the order was ready, the pizza had still not been brought out to the car, so I went inside to check. After some time, I was able to speak to an employee who notified me that one of my pizzas was done, but the other pizza had been dropped. That dropped pizza (along with some other tools) remained on the floor for the 10 minutes that I waited in the building. I watched as multiple employees acknowledged the dropped pizza, but none picked it up. All in all, my pizza was ready about 20 minutes after it was marked as “Finished”. 20 minutes isn’t a huge deal, but I was never offered an apology or any sort of reimbursement. Witnessing the lack of cleanliness and professionalism of this restaurant will prevent me from ordering here in the future.

The crust and pepperoni was burnt. We took one bite and trashed it. Pizza Hut is normally good but this location was atrocious. I would have never given a customer a burnt pizza. It was my fault for not looking at the pizza before I left! Very disappointed!
