This has me full for HOURS! I should’ve just requested a lid and ate the rest later but I was being greedy . The service was great, the gentleman who made my food was “talking to the food” and that made the experience fun IYKYK. I placed an online order for pick up with some hesitation – they don’t always make them as epic as when you’re in front, you know? When I arrived, Ms Tracy the store manager greeted me and they had already completed my order right on time! She was super kind, the order was correct and it was delicious. I love the great customer service that I receive from Brandon EVERY single time I come here he greets me with the great energy! No matter how busy or overwhelmed it’s always great energy from him and I really appreciate him for that and I hope his employers do as well! I absolutely will not be here again. I came Saturday at 5:25pm . Upon entering in I was not greeted. Instead I had to hear a conversation that took place in front of me by the employees of the establishment. Once the guy was done with the conversation he finally made eye contact. I asked “are you ready?” And he responds by waving his hands down displaying the food. Not saying yes… or apologizing for the wait but by being rude.

Would do zero starts if an option. I am still waiting for our pickup box order that was supposed to be ready at 7:45. It is now 8:40. Other people waiting ahead of me for their pickup orders. I would cancel and walk out but I have a family group I have to feed and don’t have the time to cancel and go get food somewhere else.

this is my favorite Willys! The service is always exceptional. The ladies and gentlemen, that work here always make me laugh and smile. It’s such a welcoming environment. One of my favorite parks is they don’t mind giving you food you don’t have to beg for the food that you pay for. They don’t ration you on meats and toppings. Keep doing what you do I will pass by other stores to get to you keep offering service with a smile.

The food was pretty good and the staff was nice enough. Covid really has made it hard to judge a place. Seemed a bit in need of some cleaning and tlc. Bowl portion seemed smaller than other places but was still enough. The queso was better than I expected and was my favorite part.
