Amazing service. I went after work tonight and had ordered online. They were clearly understaffed with the amount of orders they had and I had to wait longer than anticipated but the manager there was very nice. He apologized several time and then gave me a free 2 liter for the wait. I’m pretty sure it took extra long because the person making the pizza forgot the garlic sauce in the crust but they gave me my pizza correctly made and another pizza for free for the wait. The food was perfect and the service was more than amazing I would gladly wait again for service like this. Not to mention the fact that they take care of you just for having to wait a little extra. if i could i would have given them 10 stars for the effort and the service!

This place doesn’t even have napkins, or plates . What kind of fast food major chain does not have even napkins. Poor customer service. Pepper and cheese packets are additional 10 cents. Worst place.

Specialty pizza wasn’t very special, low meat, drowned in sauce. Flavor? None here. Side served cold with extra grease. Missing sauces. Driver got lost… not worth the $40 for 1 large & 1 side.

This place messes up more and more and has rude staff… this time they didn’t even bother to cut the pizza which wouldn’t have been an issue had I had a knife.. had to rip it with my hands…. last night I ordered to find long hair in the pizza!!

I don’t know who hired that manager the tall white guy with the colored hair but the way I heard him speaking to the associates in there last week when I was there was just unacceptable. He was calling then stupid and was screaming at them like they were his children. Absolutely appalling he needs to be fired immediately I hope someone from papa johns corporate sees this. Cause I actually left and felt really bad for those associates doing their job.

Went last week. Worst Papa Johns I’ve ever been to. I placed an online order and was close enough to walk to the store. When I got there, it was an hour before closing but the store was completely empty with my order sitting on the shelf, nobody in sight. Orders filling up on the screen with nobody to receive them. I knocked on the door and called the store for 15 minutes straight and still no answer. Finally some cracked out looking lady with a cigarette in her mouth, and a guy with ridiculously colored hair walked in and noticed that I was at the front door. She wouldn’t even let me in the store, just kept me outside. Food was cold from sitting out so long. Extremely disappointed. Fire those two and start over.

I am LIVID. We want our money back and at this point the extra $11 we were screwed out of in the tip for the driver who demolished this pizza before it got to us. I’ve been on hold now for over 30 minutes. They said over an hour ago that the remade pizza would be here in 20 minutes from a different driver. The same driver showed up and I showed him how long I’ve been on hold. We will NEVER order from this company again. And I’m still on hold to get my money back. 35 minutes now.
