A great little cozy hideaway restaurant. The service was awesome. We were seated with our drink order within 5 minutes of being there. The food was fantastic and there were so many options. There’s the traditional Mexican fare, plus Mexican Sushi, and a seafood boil that’s reminiscent of Kickin Crab in CA. The drinks are wonderful, too!

The best place to get Louisiana Boil and they make their own recipe Mexican Sushi. The proce is worth it because 2 people can share a roll and it’s plenty. Overall amazing and the owners are the cooks and servers! They keep it local and they are my favorite restaurant in the Verde Valley

Wonderful warm service and nice atmosphere in a clean restaurant! I was all set for some great Mexican food but then some stale and rancid tortilla chips arrived at out table and hope faded. The salsa wasn’t salsa but some bottled hot sauce. Ordered the taco plate which came with stale taco shells and flavorless beans. $14.99 for 2 tacos with rice & beans. Pricey for not so good food. The place is nice and hope they make it but need to up their food game.

this place is honestly amazing ! it’s such a hidden gem. the food is great, and the owners make you feel like you’re enjoying a meal in their own home. the hospitality and service is off the charts. i’ll definitely be back here. this is the type of place to just enjoy a meal and friends company 🙂

It’s the Mexican sushi takeover! My roll was so good and I could barely eat half of it. I took my mother out to dinner and she had the tacos which were good too, but when a place does a specialty like sushi, I know what I’ll be getting. Lol. The service was super friendly as well.

Visiting from MN, the food was so good we got the ceviche and shrimp cocktail, the portions were more than enough, and Chela made us feel like we have known each other for years , She is very Welcome to people. We definitely will be back when visiting AZ again.

Biggest/Best Sushi Tempura I’ve ever had in my life! Just one roll can feed two real big ol boys, three big boys, or six to eight normal people haha. The owner is super sweet and all the food was excellent. She told us if the Japanese can steal tacos than they were gonna steal sushi lmao and man did they do it right. If I lived in Cottonwood, I’d be there all the time.

The lady is ½ owner and she’s the sweetest abuelita in the world! She makes the rice and beans from scratch! Handmade. The tortillas are also handmade and so delicious! We don’t eat meat and she made special meatless fajitas with carrots and barely any oil! Just for us! And still amazingly flavorful. So awesome

Great margaritas, nice draft selection and some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in years. Fred the Bartender was extremely hospitable, and the owner came out of the kitchen to ask how everything was. Spotless clean inside. I would definitely go out of my way to eat here again!
