The worst sonic burger of my life. I could tell something was off when I took my first bite and noticed the lettuce and tomato looked weird. I picked those off and still ate the burger because I was starving. Big mistake. I have been experiencing food poisoning symptoms for the last day (started about 7 hours after eating the burger). I am absolutely miserable and so disappointed. I have worked food service in the past. It’s not hard to throw out bad veggies and ensure a halfway decent product. Lastly, if the nasty veggies were thrown on- who knows how the rest of the food was handled. So gross.

Super friendly staff. Ordered through the app and parked in a stall. Food came out fresh. They can get really busy really fast but they still make sure you have great service. My order had an issue and I went back up there but they did a great job resolving the issue and took care of me with a smile! Good job Sonic.

Absolutely horrible service. Sat at drive through for 3 minutes. Finally, as I was to pull off the person answered the intercom. When I got to the window the person was overly rude, as they were talking on their cellular phone. I ask for no tomatoes (because I am allergic) and unsweet tea. My sandwich had tomatoes and I was giving a sweet tea. Maybe if the server got off their cell phone and took care of the customer they would have more patrons.

Sadly disappointed in the food we received from this location. I ordered a foot-long coney and received two (2) hot dogs in a foot-long container. My husband ordered a double cheese burger with no onion and mustard as the only condiment; it was drowned in mayo, ketchup & mustard, and it had onions. The tater-tots were old and there was no ketchup packages included for them. We also ordered poppers, they were crispy but not hot. All the food was barely luke-warm, the buns were almost cool to the touch. Staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the Cherry Lime-aid was good. This was our first time to visit the State, and I’m guessing it’s a thing for Ohio to serve luke-warm food, because this was the 2nd out of 3 restaurants we purchased food from that wasn’t served hot. Just a bummer overall.

I eat at Sonic occasionally because I’m not much of a fast-food kind of guy, but when I visit this Sonic in Xenia, they never disappoint me. The line moves quickly, and I’m always served with a smile. I like their corn dogs, double cheeseburgers, and their mozzarella sticks.

Ordered food, didn’t get the grilled cheese for my daughter. Went back and told the girl, she gave me one after asking what the problem was rudely. Got home and my daughter opened it, it had severely burnt cheese in it with a fresh piece of cheese like they had tried to fix it. Took it back and the same girl asked in a more rude way “you’re back again”. I tried to show her the sandwich and she walked away telling the other woman she couldn’t handle talking to me. (The other woman was very nice and helpful). Three tries just to get a good grilled cheese for my child! Treated rudely for their TWO mistakes!! I have contacted headquarters, customer service must be a thing of the past at that restaurant.
