Had the fried japchae dumplings and the tteokboki, both were awesome. Service was great too, they’re very attentive and very generous with the complimentary side dishes(potato salad is bomb). Will definitely return.

The restaurant was well lit with lots of seating. It did take a while to get our order through, but the food came out with a very little wait time. Everything was delicious, well seasoned, and the portions were big! The price point is really nice and the menu has tons of options! I will definitely be coming back to try other dishes!

This restaurant has a really bright ambiance and when we arrived it was full of customers. There were probably 3 waiters but the service was quite slow. We waited for a while to finally get our water and a long time for the food to arrive. Thank god they provided the free side dishes otherwise we would be hangry lol.

It smells amazing in here. The food was great. I highly recommend the kimchi pancake. I also got tofu mussel soup and it was perfect. I love that the bowls retain heat. It was a hot bowl of soup from start to finish, no lukewarm broth at the end.

an absolute gem in Sugar Land for tasty Korean food. They have an extensive menu with meal options that includes with a soup, a meat, a bowl of rice and side dishes. In our experience, it’s was plenty of food for 2 adults to share.

I’ve been here quite a bit. Usually I get the spicy pork with kimchi and rice, but today I got the seafood and rice. It was okay. Not too bad but it wasn’t too good either. The mussels and clams were a little gritty, and the dish as a whole was bland.

Love this place. Korean tofu soup was my comfort food, paired with Korean barbecue or dumplings. they are very generous with their side dishes. Service was excellent, very attentive to your needs, even at their peak hours. I get seated within less than 10 minutes.

Compared to the surrounding options and other locations around Houston…these were not up to par. We ordered galbi with noodles and pork with tofu chicken soup. It was not the best soup, mostly tofu that didn’t seem so fresh and chicken that was overly cooked. The rice we got was one bowl for two people and it was burned and stuck to the hot stone bowl we were given so that sucked. The prices were high, and compared to Korean bbq like the Volcano Hot pot next door or Gen in downtown the food was mediocre. Honestly, i think it was the service we were given. No one was hosting the front and we waited for 5 minutes before we just saw down because my ankle was sprained, and when the waitress and hostess came out they were talking and completely ignored us. 10 minutes in, another older couple came in and they were served…i don’t know my partner had to wave them down and they did not seem happy to serve us.

We’ve been to this place plenty of times already and this is our first choice whenever we crave Korean Dish. A bit far from where we live but it is worth the trip plus we can shop at nearby ranch 99. Of the 3 Korean place we frequent, this is the winner in cost/price, wide selection of food and taste. The only thing that is not available is the option to cook your food in front of you (teppanyaki grill). Which is perfect if you don’t want it anyway as it spare you and your clothes from odor/scent of having been in a bbq place. I love the Japchae, korean fried chicken and seafood tofu soap, bibimbap beef and seafood pancake. I have yet to order and taste the beef short ribs. They have good servings of side dish that you can ask for free refill. The soup comes in sizzling/boiling from the cast iron bowl where I think they cook it; rice is included with soup order which is surprising and great for those who love rice. I love the place; clean with ample seating; staff are courteous; good tasting food and cost is fair. I wont think twice coming back to this place over and over again.

I have no idea what happened to this place. It used to be good. But now it’s down the drain. The food portion was small, less meat, lots of oil and worst of all the meat was rotten. Pleas see picture of the BBQ pork that I ordered. The pork is call chopped up and I had stomachache afterwards. The people cooking in the back is no longer Korean. Come eat here if you want to get food poisoning like me.
