Haven’t been awhile, stopped on a whim. Went through the drive thru, employee was polite and friendly. Only ordered 2 items but when we got to the window, we asked if they have Pup Cups, which they do, so we ordered one for our dog. The employee was really nice, didn’t get frustrated that we added onto our order, where most places do get frustrated when you do that, but she didn’t! I didn’t catch her name, but she deserves a raise!! Our order was ready fast, even adding onto it and everything was correct and delicious!! By the way, our dog LOVED the Pup Cup!! If you spoil your fur babies, definitely get them one next time you’re at D.Q!!

4th car in line so bit of a wait. No problem. The window employee turned the blizzard upside down (they normally don’t), but I did not get any napkins. Could’ve asked, but was in a hurry.

The main reason I gave it three stars was because it took 30 minutes from the time I got in line until I received my food and all we ordered was a medium girl scout mint cookie blizzard, a box of dilly bars and a small dipped cone. Their speed of service really needs to be worked on but the girl that was our cashier at the window did apologize and was extremely polite and I know a lot of the reason that it’s taking so long is because they don’t have enough employees willing to work right now but once the SOS picks back up like it needs to be with window times better than 30 minutes I’ll give them their five stars back

The burger had that distinctive soy protein chew. It probably didn’t help that they had microwaved the burger until it was way far gone. It was comically bad, and I burned myself on the bun. Maybe those children need a manager. Who’s managing this place?

Nice new restaurant. Food wasn’t good. The only thing we had that was fresh were the onion rings. Burgers were way overcooked, and old. The buns were clearly old. May go back for the ice cream but for sure not the food.

Went there at 8 and was told that they weren’t taking any more customers inside, only drive thru. Line in drive thru was at least 10 cars. Didn’t notice any signs saying lobby closes early. Very disappointing.
