Always been a big fan of the west side bazaar, but decided to shake things up with a newer spot there serving sushi. I got the shrimp tempura roll and the buffalo chicken roll. It came with a great sauce for dipping and I really wanted more of that. I’ve never had chicken in a sushi roll before but it was a tasty but different experience.

We cannot rave about Ko Foods Galaxy enough to do it Justice. Originally from Burma, the owner was personable, professional, and efficient. We had 3 dishes – each were better than the last & we felt full of fresh ingredients and delicious sauces. Nutritious sushi at a fantastic price. This spot will quickly become our favorite local spot!

I’ve been to many different sushi places and tried many different sushi before, and none of them could compare to how fresh and well this sushi is made. One reason is because they use all organic ingredients. I will most definitely visit again.
