Great quality meat and seafood. Sushi is made with quality ingredients, beautiful,fresh fish. Ask for a side of Mark’s sauce for the sushi Foods always cooked to perfection. Great adult drinks also. Owners and employees are top notch. Hibachi garlic shrimp is to die for.

It’s okay here. It’s a teppanyaki/hibachi that satisfied a craving. The interior felt dated and needed a remodel. Staff were entertaining and friendly. Might seem closed at first with the lights off but they switch on lights in each section as guests are seated.

I have been coming to Fuji since I was in high school. I am now a mom of two and my boys have grown up on Fuji as well. The management is phenomenal and the service is ALWAYS on point. I will reccoment Fuji to anyone who listens!! We now drive 45 minutes. The food is superior to all other hibachi establishments. (trust me we’ve tried them all)

What a hidden gem!!!! My family and I stumbled upon this while in the area. I’m usually not a fan of Hibachi but this place changed my mind. Freddy (chef) was wonderful! The food he prepared was phenomenal and he kept us very entertained. I had the Hibachi Teriyaki chicken (comes with soup, salad, rice, vegetables) and it was amazing. Very filling!!! My love had the Hibachi Salmon and Shrimp and it was cooked to perfection!!! I will be returning.

I wish I took more videos or pics but the food was amazing. Our chef did a great job keeping mu kids entertained as well as cooking one of the best hibachi meals we’ve had to date . Highly recommend this place. The prices can be a little intimidating but overall fairly priced and really good service. Will be coming back soon……
