Low prices and high quality food. The staff were very attentive. I had the kielbasa breakfast skillet and it was delicious. They brought a carafe of coffee to the table which I always appreciate. This is our second stop. The double toilet bathroom for a giggle is just a bonus!

Awesome experience here today. Although we were just here for a quick lunch, Michelle was so kind and welcoming and clearly passionate about her job. The food came out quickly and was excellent. Great experience and definitely a gem of the town.

We were greeted as we walked in for the first time by some of the friendliest people. 🙂 They informed us they would be closing for the day and that we are more than welcome to sit down and don’t feel rushed. It was a very nice atmosphere. The tables and Floors were clean and reset for new customers. The wait staff was very knowledgeable of the menu items. We placed our orders and the food came out piping hot in a very timely manner. The quantity and quality was also awesome. We were told they have homemade pies baked every day. The only thing I did not like was they did not have Coke on tap. May have had it in cans? Important for Coke people. The bathrooms for very clean. This is also a ATV and snowmobile friendly spot to Dine. Would come back again. There is parking in the back of the restaurant.

Best presentation of hot cocoa I’ve ever seen. Quite possibly the best tasting, too. Our breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly, quick and courteous during a very busy morning. A great meal and dining experience. Thank you!

This is a great local restaurant. The service was wonderful and the food was too. We were there at lunch and the soup was wonderful and so we’re our entrees. The waitresses were fun and we will definitely be back the next time we’re in Spooner!!

Good food we were a party of two. Country fried steak w/eggs, toast, and hashbrowns for one and liver with bacon and onion dinner for the other, plus two drinks. Total was $29 and change, and it was a lot of food. The liver was tender, the country fried was good, and gravy had a good flavor. Will definitely go more often.

My family and I went on vacation to Hayward, Wisconsin and planned to eat out once a week. The first 4 days we were there we had terrible service at other restaurants in the area, waiting up to a half an hour at the door, before anyone even accnolaged that they would be with us soon. We decided to take one more chance somewhere else and that happened to be here. We walked in and there were TWO people who greeted us at the door and we were seated right away. Our server was wonderful and the service we had was absolutely FANTASTIC. The waiter we had was so nice and she made time to chat with us. On top of that, the food is delicious! We ordered the ribs and when we got them I lifted up a bone and the meat just fell off it was so tender. You will not go home hungry, they feed you well! I will defiantly come back here when I visit again.
