I haven’t been to this restaurant in a while, & every time it’s getting worst & worst. When I first arrived I immediately notice the mess, rice everywhere, on the tables, on the floor, on the sits, etc. food? The rice wasn’t even properly cooked, the beans looked like a pure pot of water, the meat looked like it’s been sitting there for days & they don’t even bother steering it so at least the meat mixes up with sauce, the guacamole sucked when I arrived home I found half of a avocado on my plate, it wasn’t even properly mixed. It’s just a mess, & there’s no leadership. I threw my food in the trash & forgot to take a picture of it, I could’ve show you guys.

This place is a hit or missed. One day the food is great, the following week a disaster. How in the world would you sell your Chips burned/overcooked. The manager on duty yesterday 11/18/2021 should had made the right judgment in throwing away the chips. Once I got home and saw the chips I feel so disappointed.

1st time i was there. It’s a little overwhelming an I think they should have a better way to have a line an I was confused with what to get am some of the things on the menu. I think they should have things for people to look at an possibly a taste test for people who aren’t sure of things. Also I had no clue some things ate extra am pretty pricey for a scoop. Food is amazing though.

Barely half full better off getting a burrito idk about the other chipotle but I’d avoid 5st one.. update chipotle reached out to me to offer a free platter if I purchase another one gave it a try they were actually full this time so I assume they got told about it so hopefully this place stays consistent.

Absolutely horrible. They only do orders online. Currently on 45 minutes of waiting. 2 workers working. 6 or 7 here. What are the others doing? They’re pumping out an order maybe every ten minutes.
