Always consistent, always good. If you’re on your lunch break and in a hurry, I’d avoid stopping in, because it gets very busy and the line gets very long. Ordering ahead is a great option, but overall, great place. Only one complaint, and that’s the speed of service. I’m a believer in moving with urgency, especially during lunch hours when you know it’s gonna be busy, but they certainly take their sweet time, which makes the line move very slow. Speed it up, please. I’m willing to bet I can roll 4 burritos before they assemble one bowl.

If I could give no stars, normally I don’t complain but this messed up my day and my appetite. Plastic in my food and almost ate it . I probably will never eat at another chipotle again because this company does believe in quality or good customer service.

To-go orders are never on the pick up shelves, they’re on the high shelf above the to-go food line. So we all crowd around and try to hear our names, or scream our name when they ask. The young man usually working to-go with the super long hair is great and keeps things running. I order from here at least once a week, and I’ve never run into a problem with half-filled burrito bowls or an incorrect order, and they’re always ready on time. But, use the shelves!

My fiancé and I always go to this location to eat. They normally are really good. However tonight, we placed a mobile order through DoorDash for pickup, and ordered chips and queso (which we typically do). Just got home, and started preparing to eat when he noticed the queso blanco was ORANGE. He removed both, and they are orange all the way through. It’s chunk, quite disgusting and I’m very disappointed! I googled that this is common when it’s been over cooked or has sat out for a long time. But if the workers noticed that the queso was orange, why did they continue to serve it to people?! We live too far away to go back (out of inconvenience) which is anyone reason i’m upset to have driven so far out of the way just to receive this quality of food. And I normally just eat the loss when it comes to food errors, but this was just unacceptable especially when I was really looking forward to it.

Every time I go, theres something wrong. I can’t even order from a different store through the app because i need delivery. Missing items, incorrect items, missing utensils (usually when im ordering to a place that doesnt have any). Today, my burrito bowl had additional toppings that, due to sensory issues, rendered it inedible. Corporate’s new policy on handling vouchers for such mistakes is ridiculous. On top of that, the large chips and queso was missing the chips! How am i supposed to eat queso without chips?

PLEASE never ever order online from this Chipotle location – in fact it’s best to skip it entirely. They consistently and majorly skimp on ingredients, therefore completely wasting your money. Burrito bowls might be half full, if you’re lucky. Thankfully there are lots of delicious local places where you can spend your money and get terrific food!
