I Came In For A Refund & Manager And Cashier “Older Black Man With A Blue Hat & Beard” Told Me The Manager Doesnt Know How To Give A Refund. Waited 10 Minutes While They Continued To Provide Service For The Only 1 Customer They Had In The Drive Thru. Still Waited While Manager Took Another 10 Mins To “Figure” Out How To Give A Refund & Play On His Phone. WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!!!

I Got The 2 For $7 Deal but also got a couple other things with it too One I Really Wanted to Try and it was Really Very Good!! So I was happy about That, but can’t Say The same for The Chicken Sandwich I Got but Did Talk to Kenny One of the Manager’s There and he’s going to Replace it for Me when I can get back up there and I thought they didn’t Put cheese on My Cheeseburger and Kenny’s also replacing That as well and I Really Hope This Time it’s Way Much better than the Last Time especially the Chicken Sandwich Yes I Really Was NOT ❌ Too impressed with it The first time around and I Told Kenny The Manager and he was Really Very Truly Understanding about it so I’m Really Very Truly Happy he’s Replacing Not ❌ just One, but Both Sandwiches The Burger and The Chicken Thank You Again Kenny!!

I’ve been at the self order spot for almost 30min havent gotten my food but 2 people who got here AFTER ME have had there order taken and gotten there food. I’m very frustrated and upset with this. I wish i could give ZERO stars i ordered 1 chicken sandwich an 1 order of tater tots i waited in the drive thru lane for 10 minutes with no other customers inside or outside an on top of that when i finally did get my food from the rude drive thru woman the bottom bun was so burnt an hard i couldnt even eat it.. im not a local customer and i will not be returning to this location !!!

If I can give them a zero starts out of ten then I would. I can’t believe that I’ve been standing here in the hot lobby waiting to be served a single corn dog and a medium blue raspberry slushy. You would not believe how long it took me to receive my order on a slow day. It took over 30 minutes!! I left there absolutely furious in the fact that took so long for something so fast and simple to make. I hope you take my advice of not going to sonic of dekalb and instead go to any of the other fast food areas around unless you would like to have your time wasted. One thing I should add though is that the cashier was very nice. It’s the cooks that need to stop standing around talking, and instead do what they are getting paid to do. This place would be great if only they had a strong affirmative manager.
