William the manager was so kind to me tonight, I pulled up after they closed and he serviced me anyway, even though I would never expect him to, and was just so sweet the whole interaction. The drive thru worker was rude. We were told that the soda could not be substituted with a shake or blizzard We were told to pull a head to wait for our fries after waiting at the window for approximately 5 minutes. While we waited, another 5 minutes, my husband watches out food being handed out of the drive thru window to a nother vehicle and be handed back. The bag of food was then brought out to us. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. It was cold. My husband ordered two chili cheese dogs that were also cold. The fries were hot though. The worse experience at a Dairy Queen ever.

I have been here twice it was close to closing but still open. I sat at the drive thru and rhe cashier would not take my order he took the two cars in front of me then did not answer me but was still open so I pulled up to the window after 8 min with no response for them to say we close in 5in and we have the machine off so we can’t make anything. This happened twice the service is horrible.

Ordered mushroom swiss burger, really odd swiss “cheese”. Looked like something out of can, sandwich very soggy. Couldn’t finish it. Young lady working in the food area had buttocks length artificial braids. Constantly flipping them back with her hand, including over the food area. Ugh!

Went to order, told them through the drive through I have a coupon and nothing was said. Ordered, waited in line, got to the window to pay.. THEN told they don’t accept them. $5+ for a mini blizzard?! I left and went down the road to ALDIs and got a small tub that was bigger than that for $2.80! Waste of time and money, no thank you!

I was over charged. My blizzard should have been 4.09 and my daughters small blizzard should have been 3.89 I was charged 12.66 instead of 7.89 plus tax. And tax for the blizzards shouldn’t have added up to 12$ very upset customer

The picture tells 95% of the story. Blending for 2 seconds in insufficient!!! It was so think it was more like a chocolate blizzard. I would reference the receipt but I was not given one. Sorry but I will say it – who knows if the $$ even made it in to the drawer.
