Walked into the store thinking it was new to the neighborhood, turns out they just remodeled. The place looks great inside and out but that doesn’t compare with the friendly welcome I got when I arrived. I was greeted with a genuine smile and an enthusiastic explanation of the store’s recent remodel. And of course it’s a Cousin’s sub which I remember from living in Milwaukee and so much better than, um the other one. So glad you’re here.

Man this place had really turned a corner from what it used to be. Had the roast beef and cheddar and it was only a 7 inch. Man it was sooo fresh beyond fresh. Could tate ever flavor of the beef to the pinch of salt. And bread choice is great too!

Always great food here! Staff is soooo friendly they can put my food on the grill as I walk in the door! When they have time, some of the staff will join you and we can solve all of the world’s problems. A business is only as good as it’s employees, and this place is fabulous! Keep up the great work!

The service at this Cousins has always been fantastic. I enjoy that I can get fresh made to order fries with my sub. This location is a bit older, the dining room could use updating and it can be difficult to get in and out of with the divided highway.

I liked my Italian sub. I added black olives and pickles to it. And I got plenty of Vitamin C, 100 percent, from Hi-C Fruit Punch. One of the African American guys did a great job mopping the lobby floor and changing the garbage bags. One of them helped me find the Women’s restroom. There is a decent selection of bottled beverages. I feel like the store manager needs to know some things. There’s mold in the ceiling. The lid to the Coca Cola isn’t closed all the way. The lighting to the signs need to be fixed.

Placed an order online today for delivery. Food was picked up by delivery driver about 45 minutes later. Called location and spoke with employee. She told me the driver just picked it up and that my food was made 45 minutes ago and that most likely my food was going to be cold, so she couldn’t anything about it. Offered no solutions and seem rather dis-interested. Don’t recommend this location.

I had been happy to see them added to Grubhub so we placed and order. We should have ordered from elsewhere as the sandwichs looked like they had been tossed together by someone in a hurry to get off work. Most of the filling was outside the bread and the dressing was poured onto the wrappings.
