Villa Italian Kitchen Menu – Pleasant Prairie, WI

Type : Pizza restaurant

Location : Pleasant Prairie, WI

Villa Italian Kitchen was founded with one store, one family, and one concept in 1964 when our founder, Michele “Michael” Scotto brought his authentic old-world recipes from Naples, Italy to New York City. Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. Since our first Villa Pizza next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, our commitment to quality and genuine hospitality remains the basis of our foundation.

Counter-serve pizza chain with traditional pies & slices, plus pasta & other Italian staples. Based on 125 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 3.9 stars. Price $

7 people standing around “working” yet they still got my order wrong. Paid $27 for 2 slices of pizza, two side salads, a side of pasta and 3 drinks. If my kids were not driving me crazy for food I would of went somewhere else.

Stromboli is ok, sauce is pretty bland, tomato sauce with seasonings thrown in its near the area it was being prepared. Spaghetti however is flavored with either plastic or some cleaning solution. I did not find enjoyable. However the Sierra Mist was delicious.

I’m annoyed with this place. Their website says they close at 9. I went to place my order around 6:30 online and it says they can’t take the order I called and they said they close at 7. So the next day I made sure to place it in time.

Surprisingly not bad for mall cafeteria food. My 5yr old loves pasta and marinara, over pretty much everything. We stopped at the pleasant prairie outlet mall on our way to Lake geneva, and of course my 5yr old NEEDED a snack. The cafeteria is clean, with limited options but we weren’t there for a meal so It was perfect. Plenty of tables, and clean well kept restrooms, with a family /nursing room as well.

Great place with good food need more east coast style pizza places like this but only 4 stars because I guess they only do 1 refill per person so i went to refill my drink and a friends drink after that and they said only 1 refill which i have never had a problem with refills before there either way when you pay $2+ for a drink i think they can spare atlest 2 free refills. But overall great pizza place

On October 26 2018, this establishment put through 6,500 transactions dating back to March 2018. People had initial charges from their visits pending on their account, only to have unknowingly dropped off. (How many people watch to see if a $10 pizza transaction actually goes through on their account?) Therefore, thousands of people were suddenly hit with multiple charges, stemming back months. I even know someone (who visits frequently as they work in the mall) who’s account overdrafted because they were charged months later without the establishment announcing or asking for a re-authorization to charge their card, months later. The restaurant even unplugged their phone lines so they did not have to deal with people calling to ask why their cards were suddenly charged transactions dating back months prior. They never closed out their batches at the end of the night and stopped doing their accounting until the end of October. I do not trust this establishment anymore with my credit card information, and nor should you. Consider it a warning if you choose to eat here…or pay with cash.

Came around 6pm on a monday and they only had left out food which was hardly much of anything. I asked if they had more food and was told no. How do you run out of food at 6 when you close at 9.
